1. Refund eligibility
We want you to feel confident in your investment. All FXMT CONSULTING digital courses and mentorship programs come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 30 days of the original purchase date and have completed no more than 25% of the course curriculum. Mentorship engagements are eligible only for the portion of sessions not yet delivered.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@fmxt-consultings.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Non-refundable items
Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the course platform, community, and any associated materials will be revoked. You may not retain or redistribute downloaded content after a refund.
5. Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of progress, at our discretion.
